This apartment is great for a single person or as a `couples` apartment. The apartment is fully furnished with a semi-double-bed, a sofa, a table and chairs, a closet, an assortment of dishes and cooking utensils, and pots etc. and of course a fridge and microwave oven etc.

It`s a 5-minute walk to Hankyu Juso station which well located for easy access to downtown Osaka or Kobe.

The building has 4 floors and there is no elevator.
