The one month short term all inclusive stay is 80,000 yen/ a 20,000 yen deposit is required and will be returned on check out day barring any damage or extensive cleaning.

The house is clean and is fully furnished. There are 2 traditional Japanese style rooms with tatami mats as well as rooms with flooring and carpet. There is also a large balcony.

The house is located a 5 minute walk from Daikokucho station. Pretty much everything you need is in the share house. Great for students or teachers etc.Also a 3 minute walk to Shinimamiya staion on the JR Loop Line
