The area is very convenient and also very quiet. It`s a 5-minute walk to Abeno station on the Tanimachi subway line and approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment to Tennoji station which is a rather large hub station with many train lines.

The building has 4 floors and there are a total of 12 units in the building. It is very clean and well maintained both inside the apartments as well as the stairs and hallways etc.

Hikari fiber optic high speed internet is installed in each apartment and is free of charge.
